REGULATIONS OF THE INTERNET BOOSHOP ( austeria.eu)

Technical conditions

The Seller provides the User with the following online services

a possibilty to enter into a transaction in the Shop
a possibilty to set up accounts of the Users in the Shop
a transfer of the information concering the Merchandise ordered

The User has the right to withdraw from the contract according to the rules set up
in the Regulations.
The complaints regarding the orders can be sent to the e-mail address : austeria@austeria.pl
The complaints should specify clearly the description of the failrue . The Seller will make every effort to satisfy the User and solve the problem within maximum 14 day’s time . The information about the decision undertaken with regards to the complaint will be sent to the User via e-mail.
The Seller will make every effort to provide the User with maximum security however
there is always a possibilty of hacking which cannot be predicted, and which may have an impact on the shop functioning.

Making Orders

The Orders can be made by the User :
– via the Shop’s website 7 days a week, 24 hours a day

Each of the Products for sale is photographed
In the Order the User should
-mark the product as well as the quontity
– provide the Seller with the required data
-mark the way of the payment
-confirm the order by clicking on „ go to the checkout”
After having done the order the User will receive from the Seller a confirmation of the Order. Only then the contract is valid .
The Seller may refuse the realization of the Order in cases that cause doubts with regards to the
authenticity of the data given.
The Contrat is valid from the moment when the User receives t , the information about the realization of the order, on his email.
The Contract is in the Polish language .

The Payment Conditions

All prices are quoted in Euro and include Vat tax.
The User can pay through 24 h bank transfers , credit card or express transfer to the Seller bank account ( the number of which will be sent to the User to the given email address together with the confirmation of the Order)

The User gets an invoice together with the Merchendise delivery .

The Time of the Order Delivery

The Order will be prepared for the shipment within 3 weekday’s time counted from the day of the Order . The Seller will make all the effort to deliver the Merchandise to te User as quickly as possible , but no later than 14 days.
The Seller will deliver the purchased Merchanise through the courier service or using other shipment means according to the choice made by the User.
. The cost of the shipment is paid by the User and is calculated individually according to the weight of the Merchadise and the destination country .

The Consumer’s Right to Withdraw from the Contract

The User who entered into the contract may withdraw from the contract within 14 day’s time.
In order to withdraw from the Contract the User is obliged to inform the Seller about his decision by sending an information via email to the address : austeria@austeria.pl
In the case of the withdrawl from the Contract , the Seller will return the money to the User , including the shipment fee ( the Seller will return to the User only the equivalent of the cheapest way of shipment disregarding the way chosen by the User).
The Seller has the right to abstain from returning the money until the time the Merchandise purchased is returned .
In the case of the withdrwal from the contract , the User should return the Merchandise purchased to the address :

immediately , in any case no later than 14 days from the day the User informed the Seller about his decision.
The User is obliged to cover the costs of the return shipment.

Presonal Data

1. The Seller takes the responsabilty for the administration of the data. The data wil be used only in order to realize the purchase . The User has the right of the access to the data as well as thier corrections.
The data is provided by the User voluntarily . Non providing the Seller with the data will result in the lack of the realization of the order.
The Seller will not be able to realize the anonymous orders .

Warranty and Complaint

The User is entitled to file a complaint in case the Merchandise purchased is damaged .
The Complaint should be sent to the address of the Seller together with the damaged Merchandise and the description of the reason of the complaint, written on the back side of the invoice.
The Compalint will be handled within 14 day’s time . The User will be informed about the result of the Complaint via emial or by telephone.
If there is some information missing from the Compalint , the User will be informed about it
and asked to provide it. The time of handling of the Complaint will be counted from the moment the information is complete.

Final Provisions

The Regulations are valid from 1st January 2018.
In order to make an order the User is obliged to read the regulations and mark it on the form which will mean that the User accepts the Regulations and its conclusions.
The Regulations will not be changed unless there is a new law approved .
All the conflict matters will be regulated and solved in Polished courts regulated by the Polish law system .
